Initially the dairy will produce fresh milk and cream and as our dairy is equipped with the latest technology, we can ensure that only the very best milk is bottled up for our customers.

Dairy

In the near future as the dairy develops, we aim to be able to provide our customers with a wide range of dairy products including; cheese, crowdie and Brogaidh's Ice Cream.

Deliveries

We hope to begin deliveries from Ness to Carloway as well as Stornoway and Back areas (with the possibility of expansion as the dairy develops)
